The Challenge
The problem on the ground
Conventional boom spraying treats the whole field the same, regardless of where pressure actually exists. For the cooperating Baramati grower group, that meant full-rate applications across every acre — rising input bills, drift concerns adjacent to habitation, and growing pressure from buyers to document responsible chemical use.
The group needed a way to hold efficacy while proving — pass by pass — that chemistry went only onto targets.
Our Approach
What we deployed
The AnaVruksha Precision Sprayer paired real-time crop/weed detection with pulse-width modulated nozzles actuating per zone at working speed. Treatment was applied only where detection confirmed a target, with drift-reducing delivery protecting neighbouring rows.
Every pass produced geo-tagged application logs, giving the grower group audit-ready records for each field — coverage, volume, and exactly which patches were treated.
