Which Tracks Genuinely Work Remotely?
We won't pretend every engineering discipline travels well over a webcam, because it doesn't. Here's the honest breakdown of our six tracks:
- Fully remote: Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Full-Stack Development. Software-only work — models, pipelines, code review — runs identically from anywhere.
- Hybrid only: Embedded Systems & IoT. Roughly half the work (pipelines, architecture, simulation) is remote; hardware debugging and field deployment need scheduled visits to Nashik.
- On-site required: Robotics & Automation. Robots and control benches can't be emailed to you. These run at our Nashik facility — see the Nashik robotics page.

Nagpur, Kolhapur, Solapur, Amravati, Nanded — if you have electricity and internet most days, you're eligible.
How Remote Participation Actually Works
- A named mentor reviews your pull requests and joins weekly video demos — the same cadence as on-site interns.
- Sprint boards, shared repos, and documentation keep work visible; nobody measures hours at a desk.
- Kick-off and mid-point check-ins happen over call; final project evaluation is a live walkthrough of your artefacts.
- Optional Nashik lab weeks are open to remote interns who want face time — many take one around exam breaks.
